Live event captioning offers immediate, verbatim, voice-to-text translation at events, sporting events, conferences, conventions, graduations, classes, public hearings, and government meetings. You may hear people call this service CART Captioning.
LNS provides access for participants who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, those new to learning the English language, or for audience members who simply have trouble hearing the audio in a noisy venue. The live captions can be presented on a large video display, a text ribbon, other video displays, handheld devices, a laptop or other projection system . We use remote captioning for most events, though we are able to provide onsite captioning with enough notice. Advance booking is very important for large events to make your event go as smoothly as possible. Call us at your earliest convenience to book our captioners. For high quality captions, we request scripts or preparation material in advance.
